Letter mailing
Note on the screenshots: the Vetoxera interface is currently German, and the screenshots come from an installation configured for the German market. Some labels in them – for example GOT-Katalog or DSGVO-Formulare – are named differently in an installation for the Emirates. The workflows and the layout are identical.
For clients without email, Vetoxera sends documents as a real letter – straight from the system, with no printing, folding or stamping. Printing and delivery are handled by a specialist letter-mailing provider.
Setup & cost control
- Store the provider's API credentials under Settings → Letter mailing (Einstellungen → Postversand); the key is stored encrypted.
- Two separate switches protect you from accidental costs: the operating mode (test/live) and automatic dispatch. In test mode nothing is printed.
- Credit balance and the price per letter can be queried right in the settings.
Day to day
- Clients whose delivery method is post are automatically served by letter when invoices and reminders go out.
- Every letter is logged; a safeguard prevents the same document from being sent twice by mistake.
- Failed items can be retransmitted with a click.
