Treatment sheets (scans)

Note on the screenshots: the Vetoxera interface is currently German, and the screenshots come from an installation configured for the German market. Some labels in them – for example GOT-Katalog or DSGVO-Formulare – are named differently in an installation for the Emirates. The workflows and the layout are identical.

Does your practice still use paper slips in the treatment room? Then simply photograph or scan them – under Treatment sheets (Behandlungszettel) Vetoxera collects the scanned paper slips until they have been recorded.

Uploading slips

PDF, JPEG, PNG and WebP up to 15 MB are accepted.
Please take iPhone photos as JPEG (Settings → Camera → Formats → "Most Compatible").
Uploading also works straight from a smartphone – e. g. from the Vetoxera app.

Working through the slips

Scan and data entry side by side – view with sample data.

When you open a slip you see the scan and record the line items right next to it – with no switching between windows. Completed slips are marked as such, so nothing is recorded twice and nothing gets lost.

Every screenshot shows purely fictitious sample data and is kept up to date automatically. Questions? We help personally.
