Settings
Note on the screenshots: the Vetoxera interface is currently German, and the screenshots come from an installation configured for the German market. Some labels in them – for example GOT-Katalog or DSGVO-Formulare – are named differently in an installation for the Emirates. The workflows and the layout are identical.
Under Settings (Einstellungen) administrators configure the practice: master data and letterhead, payment and dunning rules, and the dispatch and banking modules.
Practice & letterhead
Practice name, address, tax number, bank details and the headers and footers of your documents – everything that appears on invoices and payment reminders is maintained centrally in one place. The consecutive number ranges (invoice, client, reminder) are stored here as well.
Payment terms & dunning rules
- Payment term (Zahlungsziel) in days for new invoices.
- Reminder stages (Mahnstufen): intervals, fees and postage per stage.
- Default interest (Verzugszinsen): base rate and surcharge, and the stage from which it is calculated.
- Automatic reminder run (Automatischer Mahnlauf) with safety limits (minimum amount, maximum reminders per run) – see Dunning (payment reminders).
