Letter mailing

Note on the screenshots: the Vetoxera interface is currently German. The screenshots below show the actual interface, so German labels are quoted in brackets next to the English term – that way you can always find the element on your screen.

For clients without email, Vetoxera sends documents as a real letter – straight from the system, with no printing, folding or stamping. Printing and delivery are handled by the letter service LetterXpress.

Setup & cost control

Store the letter service's API credentials under Settings → Letter mailing (Einstellungen → Postversand); the key is stored encrypted.
Two separate switches protect you from accidental costs: the operating mode (test/live) and automatic dispatch. In test mode nothing is printed.
Credit balance and the price per letter can be queried right in the settings.

Day to day

Clients whose delivery method is post are automatically served by letter when invoices and reminders go out.
Every letter is logged; a safeguard prevents the same document from being sent twice by mistake.
Failed items can be retransmitted with a click.
