2. General information on data processing

We process personal data of our visitors only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content, or where you actively submit data to us (for example via the contact form). This website uses no third-party analytics or tracking services and embeds no external fonts, scripts or media.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated on our own servers in Germany. On every request the web server automatically records information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system used.

Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests lie in the technical provision, stability and security of the website (for example detecting misuse and attacks). Log data is deleted automatically after a short period.

4. Contact form and email contact

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the details you provide (name, email address, telephone number where given, message content) solely in order to handle your enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in answering enquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations prevent this.

5. Cookies and local storage

This website sets no tracking cookies. Only your choice in the cookie notice is stored in your browser's local storage, so that the notice does not reappear on every visit. This storage is technically necessary (§ 25 (2) TDDDG) and contains no personal data.

This website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We also take technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, destruction, access, alteration or disclosure by unauthorised persons.

8. Currency of this privacy notice

This privacy notice is dated August 2026. Further development of our website or changes in legal requirements may make an update necessary.

This English version of our privacy notice is provided so that English-speaking visitors can understand how we process their data (Art. 12(1) GDPR). It follows the German original section by section and carries the same revision date.
